Materials with perovskite or perovskite-related structure have many applications because of theirs different physical and chemical properties. These are extremely diverse cover fields including hydrogen energy. Layered perovskites Ruddlesden-Popper constitute a novel class ionic conductors. In this paper, the effect acceptor doping on local its relationship transport properties were shown for layered based BaLa2In2O7 first time. The geometric factor (the increase in unit cell volume due to radii cations) plays major role area small dopant concentration (x 0.15). oxygen vacancy concentration) is more significant big promising way improving oxygen-ionic conductivity BaLa2In2O7.
